Writers Camp
A weekly live experience to help you grow your skills, finish your stories, and feel like a writer.
Join a small, supportive group of six writers and get the structure, feedback, and mindset support you need to move forward with confidence. Workshops run for four weeks, once a week, online.
Are These Camps Right for You?
Writers Camp is for personal and fiction writers who want to grow their stories, strengthen their writing, and keep moving forward—whether you're just getting started, returning to your writing, or already deep into a larger project.
This camp is right for you if you:
- Want thoughtful, supportive feedback on your writing
- Want to learn from reading and responding to other writers' work
- Could use some accountability and motivation to keep writing
- Feel stuck or unsure about what to write next
- Want to connect with a supportive community of writers
You might be writing a novel, memoir, personal essay, short story, or simply exploring the stories you want to tell. You don't need formal writing experience—just a willingness to write, share, experiment, and support the writers around you.
And if you do have experience? You'll be challenged to experiment, make intentional choices in your writing, and discover new possibilities for your stories.

About Your Coach
I’m Trevor Martens — a writer, professional educator, and the founder of I Help You Write Things.
I’ve worked with hundreds of writers who felt stuck, unsure if they even had a story worth telling. Together, we’ve found ways to quiet the inner critic, build habits that last, and actually finish the work they start.
My approach is simple: I combine mindset, motivation, and craft — without the pressure, without the perfectionism. Because writing should feel like possibility, not punishment.
If you’re ready to finally show up for your writing, I’d love to help you get there!
